The hotel had excellent quality. The staff at the reception desk were competent. The location was excellent, within a 10-15 minutes' walk from the Museum of Oxford. There were a market and several stores around the property.

The accommodation is fairly clean and luxurious. The breakfast is generous and lovely with a huge variety of options. The room is decent-sized and brand-new, offering a magnificent view of the central gardens in the square from the window. The location is magnificent, being close to the train station, the center, and Gloucester Green.

The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, including vegan choices and fresh fruits, providing a great opportunity to try something different.

The room had plenty of supplies such as an ironing set, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk.

I enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. My stay was relaxing for a business trip. The location was marvellous and peaceful, within easy walking distance of a historic botanic garden. It was located in an excellent area so close to the centre of town, and Oxford.

Definitely, there was lift missing.
